READ zine READ zine: this just in!- READ #5 is scheduled for November 21st, 2004 - 7:30pm at Highschool Art Space: 1542 North Milwaukee Avenue 3rd Floor - Chicago, IL 60622 - http://www.highschoolspace.com/ - reeduacation101@yahoo.com - super. Highschool mark your calendars! READ is an opportunity to get published. Meet at the aformentioned time and place; bring your art making suppiles / journals / cameras / etc... anything necessary to make your page. Pages created at the event will be published in READ #5. Take a look at past issues of READ zine to get an idea. Whatever your political leanings, right brain or left, art or science, mathematical, or grammatical, we want your talents on paper. This event is a celebration of free speech and freedom of press. Come with a crew or come alone. Bring whatever you want to create your page, a typewriter if necessary. You will recieve your blank page when you arrive and check in. Each page measures approx. 4.25" x 5.5" minus a few deci-inches for margins, if you want to prepare.
